I am getting really into comparing the national weather service website to weather.com. I don’t really get how or why weather.com became such an ultimate clickbait nightmare–it’s just the weather! What are they trying to prove?
National weather service will be like “winter storm warning in effect. Travel may become hazardous between late tonight and Tuesday morning. Hazard type: snow, 8-16 inches.” You are meant to read that and use your human intelligence to realize, hey, that is a fuck-ton of snow, I better make sure I have candles and beer.
