(Bears vs. Packers) + jokes

so I still stand by football not really being my thing...
That being said, I'm am from Chicago and I really want to see this game.
If anybody is going to watch it you should let me come over or let me come with because I don't have TV.

    bad Bear and Packer joke off

    From my Dad:

    A first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a Cheesehead.

    She asks her students to raise their hands if they are
    Cheeseheads too.

    No one really knowing what a Cheesehead was, but wanting
    to be like their teacher, their hands explode into the air like flashy
    fireworks.

    There is, however, one exception. A girl named Kristen
    who has not gone along with the crowd. The teacher asks her why she has
    decided to be different.

    “Because I’m not a Cheesehead.”

    “Then”, asks the teacher, “what are you?”

    “Why, I’m a proud bear Fan,” boasts the little girl.

    The teacher is a little perturbed now, her face slightly red. She asks
    Kristen why she is a rebel.

    “Well, my mom and dad are Bear Fans, so I’m a Bear Fan too.”

    The teacher is now angry. “That’s no reason,” she says loudly. “What if
    your mom was a moron, and your dad was a moron. What would you be then?”

    A pause, and a smile. “Then,” says Kristen, “I’d be a Cheesehead”

    No kidding.
    It is my understanding that Chicago is not patient with Quarterbacks. They are going to eat Cutler alive for the way he acted today. If Harbaugh and Grossman are any indication, he will be gone after next season or maybe even sooner.

    Yeah, sorry Tom! Meant to text you with info but an early morning meeting and trip tot the post office had me rushing to So77 to find not enough places to sit. That's the only problem with So77 is sometimes its too busy.

    It looks like a lot of people have ranted about it. He has a partial tear of his MCL. I feel bad for him because it doesn't matter. He is going to be booed next year for even the slightest mistake. Chicago sport fans are kinda jerks with the exception of Cub fans maybe, but that is just because Wrigley Field is a party. I've been to Sox games where a pitcher just gives up a couple of hits (not even runs) and is practically booed off the mound.

    I take issue with the Cub fans getting a pass... after having lived around there, I can certainly say that I can't think of more awful sports fans than Wrigleyville-types.

    (This is not to say that they don't love their team. They are mostly just suuuuper drunk assholes.)

    I think his MCL is sprained not torn.

    Also he played terribly before he left the game.

    Also he lost to the Packers, which for Bears fans is the biggest deal in the world.

    At least he doesn't play in Philly.

    Someone at lunch who works on websites not people (so take it with a heap of salt) said he is a diabetic and something about how the normal cortisone injection wasn't an option with him, so another reason to cut him some slack.
