SNOW SPORTS/UHX SNOW DAY

Hello. Two things that I would like to talk about.

1. It's supposed to be VERY rainy this winter due to the La Niña effect (http://www.elnino.noaa.gov/lanina.html). Which means I can't skate as much as I would like. Does anybody enjoy snowboarding or skiing? I like to snowboard but have rarely participated in the last 5 years and would like to get back into it, and it's fun to do with a buddy or three.

2. We should have an UrHo snow day this winter, where we go inner-tubing and build giant snow phalli and drink heady spirits from flasks and possibly snow-shoeing and fun things like that.

Just thought I'd throw this out there. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR LOCAL MOUNTAIN RANGE!

I would love to snowboard. I did it once in high school. I like going fast down hills. I always fall when it gets flat.

Bad experiences skiing and snowboarding, but I'd hop on a giant inner tube in an instant.
