I have all these heels of old bread, hard as a rock.
When bread is just a little bit stale, I make chocolate toast out of it, but this is like way beyond that level of staleness.
I know an old Russian grandmother would have a million uses for it (borscht; washing the floor), but I can't think of a one. I hate throwing out bread! It's not moldy, just hard.
Is there anything cool you can make to eat with stale bread? Oh I just thought of one: BREAD CRUMBS. But how often do you eat fucking bread crumbs? Never!!!!
Croutons maybe...

thank you!
bread pudding!
french toast is out because they are big hunky heels and too hard to cut into slices. But bread pudding and croutons are prob doable.
