i'll be honest
we'll be honest
to be honest, Gary forgot a certain someone's birthday this year
just straight-up forgot it
and that certain someone
did not plan anything for his birthday either (Gary's)
adding to the awkwardness is the fact that
these two people's wedding anniversary is August 15th
Suggestions have been put forth to the effect that every August we just take a trip together and call it even, which is what we did this year, so all's well, but thanks for your worries guys!
Astrologically it actually is perfect because one is a Virgo and one is a Leo, and they are very compatible signs, as Leo likes to show off and yell and be bossy and spread her piles of books all over the house, and Virgo likes to be quiet and perfectionist and thorough and clean up the piles* and enjoy Leo's brassy character while also helping her to pay attention to details and not be such a jerk, while also delighting her with his more cerebral brand of brassiness, which primarily involves a lot of wiener jokes
*"enjoy" may not be the right word for this
