Which reminds me about experiencing a Bahn Mi restaurant the other day called, I think, Perfect Baguette near Portland's remarkable Rocky Butte. They served a dish, possibly a sandwich, called a Vietnamese Taco. And their restaurant, a drive through, closely resembled a Taco Time in form and function, though the design palette skewed toward lavender not taco colors. Place set my ethnographic spidey-senses tingling.
