Poster artist recommendation?

I'd like to commission a piece of art in the style of a WPA poster (https://www.google.com/search?q=WPA+national+park+posters&client=safari&rls=en&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi2_YCvib7MAhVIbiYKHZM9AQUQsAQIUQ&biw=1280&bih=897).

I'm not sure exactly where to start. Any ideas of who I should contact? Or is there someone here who can do it?

Portland is full of great illustrators, and PNCA has a very good program in which students do both real and mock client work.

You could ask Sturgill...he's adjunct faculty in the PSU Graphic Design program.
