This is so boring, but I need new luggage. Where do I find something cool? Anyone have ideas?

If you mean suitcase, I hate to break it to you, but nowhere.
Hard-sided/rectangular suitcase are outrageously expensive across the board, and if you're thinking about something cute or designed, then you're looking at a couple hundos. When I was business traveling I got suitcases are Marshall's, or other discount store, and they were cool enough? I mean, they were fine! Plus, they all break at some point.

If you want a soft bag, like a weekend bag, then it's totally worth it to spend some money because there are COOL ONES that will last you a lifetime and get all weathered and rad. I'm not the kind of grown-up who owns one of these.

Thank you for these tips. I hate luggage (actual rolling suitcases) and love weekender bags, but I think I actually need the rolling kind.

So, I spent a whole lot of time on this before my big vacation this year, and the REI rolling duffle won all the independent assessments I could find. Gosh I love it! It's so light!

Other options include the ebags "tech" duffles, which are bright orange inside and make it easy to find your stuff, and anything eagle creek, which is expensive but you can find on clearance and it's VERY durable.
