In the process of clearing out old notebooks I've discovered a person I call "Old Mike".
I would be embarrassed to have anyone read most of what Old Mike wrote.
"SPACE TRUCKER" he's probably a christian
That's a strange thing to jot down in a notebook. Old Mike also has some notes for a virtual economic combat system. Actually that sounds a lot like current Mike.
There are a lot of notes with no additional context. Probably ideas that came from whatever Old Mike was reading:
* Sometimes the fastest thing is to stay still
* Learn By Deconstruction Not Destruction
* Free Market as Information Processing System
* Making Money is About People
* Perfect Systems Are Impossible (and that is beauty)
* False order is a tool of religion
* Rational Action Can Only Happen When Players Know The Rules
* Our understanding of the world is an imperfect model of the world
* Religion Isn't Dead, It Just Doesn't Need God Anymore
It's like waking up with a hangover and wondering what you did last night, but in written form and going back many years.

I knew Old Mike and he was a delight; don't sell him short!
