MOVE TO SALEM, LIVE WITH MEGAZORD
Hello dear friends,
It has been a while, truly.
Do you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Portland for a couple months?
Have you ever been to wonderful and quiet Salem, Oregon? Capital of this great state?
Would you like to live with someone clean, quiet, organized, funny, and studious?
Would you like to stay here for the (relatively) short time of 5 months?
Do I have a place for you.
I'm a student finishing my undergraduate degree and nearly halfway done with my MBA.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I need someone to fill the other bedroom in the apartment that I currently live in.
Here are the stats:
1200 sq. feet
2 bedrooms (your bedroom would be slightly bigger!)
A large living room
A full kitchen
Lots of storage! (HUGE closets and a basement storage unit)
A small back yard with a beautiful camellia tree
Prime location! - under 10 minute walk to the heart of Salem's downtown
Looking for someone to move in as soon as the end of March and ready to pay for rent starting April 1 (no fooling around).
Lease goes until August.
While I don't have photos now, I will, and can post them here.
Rent is $720 (we would split down the middle)
Electric and internet are the only utilities to be payed (which we split as well)
Washer and dryer unit in a basement 10 second walk away from the front door (so close!)
