My parents moved and gave me bag upon bag of all the food in their house. Some of it I simply do not want. There is nothing wrong with the food items in question it is just that they are items not regularly consumed in our household. They are in two grocery bags and I would love to give the bags to someone. Obviously I would prefer someone just come take all the things in the bags at once but I am also willing to parcel them out as it were, if you only want one thing. We can discuss the logistics later.
Such things as:
- hot chocolate packets from trader joes
- flour
- sugar
- powdered sugar
- many cans of Mexican themed food such as jalapeños and enchilada sauces
- mustard with green chile
- nori
- half bag of rice cakes
- big bag of teeny pasta like what you'd make minestrone with
- chocolate bars with things like ginger and/or orange in them, the only chocolate I shall not eat
- almost-empty tin of really amazing spicy Mexican hot chocolate
- unopened jar of pimentos
- unopened jar of mass market olives
- largely unused jar of coconut butter--not coconut oil, but actual coconut butter like you put it on toast. It's really good but I never eat it
- maybe some other stuff
either tell me you want it or tell me where to take food a person doesn't want??? Shameful to throw it in garbage but also insane to keep it in my kitchen until it all turns to dust
