Movies in the theater

It's been a while since I saw some. Isn't PIFF soon? I have been craving some feature length animation.

Guess what though
The big chill is playing at fifth avenue cinemas soon

FRIDAY, March 8th at 7 & 9:30pm

SATURDAY, March 9th at 7 & 9:30pm

SUNDAY, March 10th at 3pm

I am definitely going!

    Its so sad that the mainstream theater movie in Jan & Feb are such dreck.
    I've been wanting to go see movies and there is total garbage out.

    I've been waiting to see The Master for so long! I assumed it would go to the cheap theater, but it hasn't gone there or DVD :( Must be some kind of Oscar strategy.

    The Cascade Festival of African Films is on Thurs/Fri/Sat at PCC Cascade, !free! PSU's Hall St Cinema pulls out good ones at bargain prices as mentioned. Seems like other colleges in town would have secret good film series? The Hollywood is hitting Asian cult films consistently. The Portland Oregon Women's Film Fest is in March.
