tech help, quick!
Hey friends!!!
I was updating my iphone to the newest version and it was taking a long time and then an error message popped up and now the only option it's giving me is to restore factory settings. Do I have to do this? Will I lose important stuff? For instance my pictures were uploading to iphoto at the same time and stopped when the error message came up- am I going to lose the ones that didn't import yet? Oh dear. I know I'm supposed to back up before I update. :( What can I do? I would call one of you tech saavy friends up and ask but I can't!

Unplug and replug from computer?
