Remember like 2 years ago when there was lots more spiders than usual? Was that a climate change thing? I think it was the same winter where spring came really early and all the flowers bloomed and then winter came back and everything died.

I think you build a really good one from a kit, capable of carrying a 10lb payload, for about $1500. Top of the line RC controller looks to be about $400.
On the other hand, people say, and they are probably right, that you would never want to start by trying to fly a $1000 octokopter without working your way up from like a $150 quad. So.....
And you can totally take pictures and snoop on people with a cheap quad and a 2.45ghz controller.
