Be my neighbor?
Our downstairs neighbors are renting their super-cute two-bedroom condo for $1325/month. Includes access to guest house, common unit (living room, big TV, kitchen, dining room - great for parties, big kitchen projects, or hanging out with neighbors), shared garden/courtyard, and kick-ass bike room. You can even have your own garden plot if you want. Nice neighbors.
We're a co-housing community, but renters can fully participate in community meetings/projects if they want, or bow out completely, or somewhere in between. Your call. You probably will be happier here if you like, or at least robustly tolerate, kids, because there are a lot of them running around.
Oh yeah, on two bus lines, 6 blocks from New Seasons and the Yellow Line MAX, and 5 blocks from a library. Across the street from Peninsula Park, the sleeper hit of Portland Parks. Good bike routes nearby. 4 miles from downtown. Indoor pets only.
