When did we first bananachat?

I think it was Christmas and I was in Maine? That was a long time ago... I can't figure out the year, but I think maybe it was before 2004?

    I barged in on one, but by then it was a Christmas (Day?) tradition. That was 05 or 06, I think.

    If you keep transcripts of your chats, they can be subpoenaed for any relevant court case. If you don't keep transcripts, you have nothing to turn over.

    This is why I stopped keeping transcripts.

    That's a weird reason Marc. Maybe those transcripts will prove your innocence! Have faith in the legal system! Think of the number of lawyers we employ and how worse the unemployment numbers would be without the legal field! AMERICA!

    It happened because of a lawsuit my employer was going through. The fact that there were some work emails in my personal email allowed them to comb through my entire email archive. It was "our lawyers" doing it, but that didn't make me feel less violated.
