All right, every body--spill the beans.

Where do you get your low-price internet prescription spectacles?

Comments

  • zenni optical
  • Mixed Zenni experience. I've ordered 2 pair, and they were both ok in terms of optics. But one was only OK at best, and the other was straight up ugly. So, cheap, but not flattering.
  • GF gets the frames at Goodwill, lenses at the doc (Kaiser Med Plan). Found some real winners at Goodwill: 70's italian jobs worth $500, purchased for $2.
  • My zenni frames felt cheaper than my good frames, but the lenses were actually better than lenses I paid way more for.
  • My zenni frames hurt.

Warby Parker is supposed to be good.
  • Thank you for this information! I was wondering the same thing, LT!
  • Warby Parker is cool cuz it takes a web cam pic of you and let's you "try" digi frames "on."
  • Zenni lets you "try" glasses on too, but mine still weren't quite the size I was expecting. But they were $15!
  • Warby Parker and Eyebuydirect have been good for me. Zenni is cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for.
  • I just bought some prescription sunglasses from http://39dollarglasses.com/

Expect to see me wearing sunglasses most of the time this summer.
