I loved living downtown but it is time to spread out a little.

Yard! It is in the girl's school zone. The landlords are friends from way back. Their daughter has been J-dawg's favorite playmate since age two. 500% more space for 25% more money. I couldn't be happier.

Also, DrJ your yard is indeed enviable. I would like to sit in an inflatable pool in the sun in that yard.
