You can't imagine how many times today I have projected into the ether, "Stupid cookie, stupid cookie..." It's working, I haven't eaten the cookie. In fact, I loathe the cookie.
3/16 oatmeal with almond milk, english muff. a pot of coffee. soy buffalo wings. (meh) pasta with blue cheese and roasted brussel sprouts.
My usual diet of two meals a day has been uprooted by my recent trip to Detroit, which spurred a sort of apocolyptic consumption of more regularly scheduled meals.
Any dark green is good. Parsley is good for your liver.

We brought back a dozen bagels from NYC. I just ate one for breakfast. It was the size of a grapefruit. Can you get too full on a bagel? Because I think maybe that's what I just did.
