Do you need a consultant? HIRE ME (FOR FREE)!!!

edited August 2012
I just know the answer to this question is going to be a resounding "YES!" for all UHX peeps. (joke)

Here's the deal: I am taking an organizational psychology class, and have been assigned a project in which I need to "consult" with an organization. It can be any kind of organization - big or small, for-profit or non-profit, etc., and my role is to conduct a "needs assessment." Basically, this means I will be trying to uncover how the organization works - Who is involved? What's the hierarchy like? What's the mission? How do people in the organization feel about their roles? Do they feel connected to the mission? What kind of reward or incentive system is in place? Is this working? How could it work better? Etc. etc. Ideally, I would get a chance to interview the head honcho, other staff members, and consumers/customers/clients (or stock holders). All data gathered will be kept strictly confidential.

Naturally, I think KMikeyM would be a perfect consultee for this project.

But I am also open to other (small) organizations, of any sort!

I assume people around these parts hear the word "consultant" and want to barf, but I love systems theory and have been digging this class. I think the idea of bringing an "outside" human into an already existing system with the assumption that something (hopefully positive) will change as a result is pretty interesting, especially when I get to be the outside human.

Also: my analysis paper is due in 2 weeks. This is a rush project.

Anyone? YOU WILL GET SEMI-PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION FOR FREE! Such a good deal!
