Thought I'd start a housing thread to accompany the jobs thread.
My brother's currently looking for a 2bd place with his friend. Their max. budget is around $800 per month, hopefully close-in-ish. Like, north of Hawthorne and west of Mt. Tabor?
Please hit me up if you hear of anything that fits this criteria. Thanks!

If you're interested, I can tell you more about our co-housing community. It's a good place to live, especially if you like bikes and gardens.
$450 plus utils. Cool North Portland times.
I will post about it when I get back from my fancy artist vacation, but message me for more information if you are really excited right now.
That being said, our super awesome killer sexy 1950s ranch home will be available. It's 3-4 BR in NE near Fernhill park $1600.
Anybody hear of anything cool recently?
Good location, and you don't get much cheaper in this area...might not be the nicest place, though.
This is a bit more money but includes all utilities and looks really nice! Gotta share a bathroom though. Hmmmm.
I'm going to go check them out. I have an appointment for one tomorrow, but I don't know about the shared bathroom thing.
Looking to spend no more than $950 if possible. :)
1) That's why there's still professional photographers. People have a tough time taking good photos.
2) To get a really good room photo, you need a lens that's wider than most normal folks have at their disposal.
I know of a 22 yr. old dude looking for a room. He has been described to me as "sickeningly responsible." Let me know if you hear of something!
