recording phone calls on iPhone

Anybody do this? I've found a couple of options but wondered if any smart friends have strong preferences.
I need to do some interviews over the phone, and want to record them so I don't have to be frantically typing the entire time.

Right now it seems like good options are the iPhone recorder, which you can get from the app store, or Google Voice, which I'm not sure how you get but anyway they are both free.

Insist that the interview happen via Crypto Cat:

Then go on a 2 hour rant about cryptography and the importance of encrypting all digital communications.

skype (on your laptop) is a good option, though you need to get a plugin for it to work.
