Who is Josh now?
Hi. This is Rich.
I'm asking who Josh is because I want to speak with him about Oregon politics and how to make successful tax-reform initiatives happen and stuff.
I've been visiting Portland quite a bit lately and I would like to plan to meet up with Josh for an hour or so on one of my forth-coming visits.
Josh, whomever you are, could you please send me a note in the UHX mail?
Then maybe we can arrange to meet for lunch or something some time soon.
