I am creating a flickr set for my toe reaches. This is my attempt after class today. Not very impressive, but then I have gone to all of three classes since the Power Year began. Only 49 to go! Hm. I went back to Core Power today and effing loved it- distance be damned. It was warm but not hot, fast but not frenetic, and there was no hippie bullshit. Here’s the flickr set where I think I’ll post the yoga updates from now on:

    yes! one of the great days of my life was the day I finally touched my toes in forward-bend. You have to be diligent, but you WILL GET THERE. And then it’s so rewarding and you want to go deeper, deeper, deeper! I’m happy for you. Also, just do a one minute forward bend every night before bed! Or just generally a minimum of stretching. It takes 2 seconds and keeps you “in the game” for those days you don’t make it to yoga class.
