I’m mostly settled into my new apartment. My first full day here I spent unpacking almost all of my boxes and organizing things neatly on shelves and in drawers. Now I have about 5 boxes spread out in awkward places that I can’t even look at. Maybe they will unpack themselves? The place is looking pretty good, anyway. Here it is on moving day (yikes!):
and here it is a few days ago:
I still have a ways to go (i.e. not having my dresser act as my entertainment center!) but it totally feels like home already. I just spend my days puttering around, moving photos and chatchkas from one surface to another. It’s been really hot here but my apartments stays really cool- I just open all the windows and let the breeze flow through. Oh god, I love it so much! I get a teensy bit grouchy every time I have to leave.

make sure you dont (*wink wink*) blog when you are running around in a towel, so i wont know when to look up from my cup of coffee.
I try to keep my towel-running to a minimum when the coffee shop is open :-)

Now I want to move.
It’s beautiful!
Love! It’s so nice! And coffee shop patrons should know that I’ve never known Willow to keep towel-running to a minimum.
