I haven’t done much illustrative work lately, and rarely use much earthy colors, but I just finished up this CD digipak layout for my friend Amy’s band called The Places. The music didn’t want loud colors, so I had to tone it down, but it worked out better that way.
P.S. “The creeps” are the baby birds, not the wolf guy. Amy thought that the baby birds should be the cover creeps, so needy and creepy. I later added the wolf guy, with his leg up on a turtle, like a rocker with his foot on the monitor (creep).
