floundering.

To everyone in the youth bracket who didn’t vote: I’m assuming you have an alternate plan, right?
Well, it’s time to STAND THE FUCK UP.
Meanwhile, I will marry any non-North American for citizenship in your country. Barcelonans given special consideration. Repayment in fascinating conversation and dance lessons.
Then again: it seems irresponsible not to stay and fight for justice alongside the people who don’t have the privileged option of leaving.

and therein lies the rub, don’t it? i woke up feeling more emotionally and spiritually hungover than i ever have. it’s hard to sort out where or how to proceed.

  2. So, my URL linked is what I wrote in my journal this morning, after reading everyone on my circle of journals freaking out about everyone freaking out. Last night, I refrained from writing anything because I was just straight mad and frustrated. And then, I broke my abstinence and wrote something about assraping everyone in Oregon who passed Measure 36. Whoopsie. Ahem. Anyway, sorry I didn’t call you back after leaving a most non sequitur message. I’ve just been kind of a mess, I guess. Shocking, right?
Wish you were here. Like, a lot. Or I was there. Something other than how it is right now.

horrible thing to have Dubya “misunderestimating” the international scene for another four years. But maybe if he won there is a reason. We wrote something on it in The Cambridge Review. Feel free to read David’s article and comment (www.urbanhonking.com/cambridge)

this election might not be a surprise, this may be what has pretty much been happening for a long time. willfull ignorance in service of prejudice and assumed self-interest. maybe they only say “moral values” because they can’t say “kicking ass, taking names, and damn those who get in the way”. because that would be honest. because no one who really digs Jesus could really be for a War. thats like number one of his list of things to be against

  7. This kind of thing is imitated badly and often michael jordan by others, but Carson’s phraseology within poems kevin garnett remains her own: “Rotate the husband and expose tiger woods a hidden side,” she urges early on
