WHITE RAINBOW WORK-OUT TAPE/ LEAVING ON TOUR

The other day we were loading up the lil' shuffle for Honey to take to the gym with good work out tunes, but mostly what we have on our itunes is trips and mellows and weird stuffs and jams.
So while she was at the gym i made this white rainbow work out tape.

maybe if you jog or do the elliptical machine or the bikes or hard cardo tai-bo/kick/ step or whatnot, maybe this could work out for you....

also, honey and i are both extremely excited to go on tour. we leave this friday!
