so ive been in the studio with jackie o almost everyday for a few weeks now, working on a new record tentatively titled FLAGS of the SACRED HARP
deeper trips and traditional hymns and native american folk songs

honey cut my hair today
which, with my shaved face, makes me look like a baby

joe's wedding was awesome!

here we are at "punk in the park IV", an awesome high school punk fest in the little vermont town near the wedding. the band behind me were covered in spikes and zits and were fucking HEAVY

after the wedding we drove back down to new york. we stopped at city island, an island off of the bronx with about 50 seafood restaurants
we ate at the crab shanty
alex did his old sea captain character for about three hours
sandra had never had lobster

yeah it was rad

getting ready for nikki and wayne's wedding in two weeks and then in three weeks i leave for europe with devendra and jona and kyle and andy

now if i could just figure out how to pay my rent....
