Good Commercials
by steve
Even though I have Replay TV and try to not watch any commercials sometimes I see a few and most of them are terrible, but here are a few good recent ones:
SegaSports ESPN NFL Football and ESPN NHL Hockey games with Tracy Morgan: these are hilarious. Tracy is challenging sports stars (Warren Sapp and Jeremy Roenick) to play. Tracy is being so awkward and weird, and the camera work, and cuts are really weird. The performance are stilted and strange. VERY Good stuff. Especially the ones with Sapp.
Juicyfruit new flavors Grapermelon and Strappleberry: These guys in an office sorta battling over this gum, but they are trying to camouflage into the office. Guys keep on popping out of file cabinets and windows and stuff. Good.
MTV show Made: The VH1 promos and MTV ads and stuff keep getting better and better with their design and stuff, but last night I saw one that took it to an amazing new level. It's so hard to explain. It was all spray painted sharp lines and pinks and greens and electro music. It sorta sounds cliche, but it's really amazing. Does anyone know how I would find out who made this commercial??
This is not an endorsement for the products, just the ads.
