WHAT IS THIS?
The Ultimate Blogger is a 6-week competition between 12 people to be the best blogger in order to win a $500 dollar prize package. Each week consists of two challenges and two eliminations. The person or team that wins the challenge is safe, forcing the other players to vote someone out of the game. The last blogger remaining will be crowned The Ultimate Blogger and win the prize package.
Here is a bit more on how the game will work.
WHAT IS THE DEN?
The Ultimate Blogger Den is where the contestants have free reign. You can read and comment on their unedited entries and challenge-posts here. This is where a lot of the action takes place. Beware of the Den! Before you know it you've spent 6 hours reading posts and comments.
WHO ARE WE?
We're three friends always working on various intensely time-consuming projects while working full-time, touring full-time and running a record label full-time, respectively. Urban Honking is one of these crazy projects that we started in 2001 as a web-zine, and has now grown into a full-blown blogging community. So that explains both our interest/love of blogging and why the prize package is made up of that stuff specifically.
Mike Merrill, Steve Schroeder and Jona Bechtolt are our respective names.

THE SITE LOOKS FUNNY!
You must be using PC and/or Internet Explorer. We HATE that browser and highly recommend you switch to FireFox, which is both free and open-source. Those are good things, for sure. Download it and see for yourself how much faster it is and how all of a sudden.. web sites look good! If you're on Mac OS X, hello! We are too. Safari is our browser of choice.
I CAN'T VIEW THE MOVIES!
Make sure you have at least QuickTime 6 installed. It's also a free download, so grab it and enjoy! We use javascript pop-ups to display the movies, so if you have pop-up blocking software, turn it off.

Here's the thing: Rob should be automatically disqualified. How can you be the Ultimate Blogger if you spell "definitely" as "definately"? I'm sure you're a nice guy, but if I were a judge, I'd give you and your mom a dictionary as a consolation prize.

Wow, we haven't even started and it looks like the competition is starting!
(I tend to be very lenient about spelling errors and typos, as I make a number of them myself.)

On behalf of the spelling-impared...I stand by you Rob! However, he should be disqualified 'cause his link doesn't work. How can you be the best blogger if no one can read your blog? That's like winning a Grammy for singing in the shower....

Touche!, You are correct my link did not work, but that is only because I forgot to type in .blogspot in the url. I am in the process of moving my blog to a new web host so I do not have to use bloggers domain.
And when that happens watch out...I wont have to worry about my spelling any longer. Were going to video!!!!!
