I actually had my first meat craving in a long time this afternoon. Kinda wanted a burger.
I'm at 78% right now. No breakfast and a salad and soup for lunch. KILLING IT.
Healthy food is awesome. It's like techno music. It keeps you motivated.
I am changing my behavior because of this app! I was bummed that the best option was a ceaser salad for dinner. Today was juice, big salad, small ceaser salad. I'm going to live forever.
I just hit 70% healthy food for the week (shelly's vegan wrap from elephants)
My last two things were SOOOOOO healthy, but only got an 80-something percent score each. Going to be hard to get those higher numbers.
So far on this app I'm just 61% healthy.
But I'll be up to 80 by the end of week. That's my goal.
