A house is good debt! You're building value rather than pissing your money away to a landlord.
Plus it's really good for tax deductions.
Plus you can do whatever you want with it.
Plus if you can figure out a 15 year mortgage, you'll only have t…
I mean, I had *jobs* all through my 20s but I also ran an all-ages music venue and went to grad school and lived in 3 different places and skateboarded a bunch. The job was always secondary.
Oooof, though, in that dude's advice: "Spend the next decade or so working your ass off building your career and your professional reputation."
Your twenties are supposed to be fun! Maybe do something fun and punk or non-capitalistic! Don't ruin th…
I tried to talk to somebody supposedly chill and they were like you need a net worth of $250k and make $100k a year and it's $120 an hour.
WTF
Rich get richer
Do they have to be personal enemies, like people we've interacted with or people who have caused pain in our lives? Or like, general enemies/people you think are terrible humans?
Well I look at that for $175 and think THAT'S SO EXPENSIVE CAUSE IT'S SO RUSTY AND OLD AND SHIT, maybe that's other people's response too? If they're ignorant about vintage shit?
Also I have 2 Android watches that have literally NO use if you want to get him a smart watch. Anybody else want one? They are like 1.5 years old. One with round face one with square face. I don't use or care about watches.
Maybe, lemme check on the "tech drawer" in our basement for you! It's a 3G that may not work at all but I might be able to get it running just for camera stuff.
Yeah, I've been wondering about that the past couple of days. Getting weirded out thinking about it.
Maybe Trump will run as an independent and siphon off votes from whoever ends up getting the Republication nomination?
I almost made the website for Google Fi ;) Seems like a pretty good idea. Pay for only what you use, and unused data rolls over!
If I had a Nexus, I'd definitely consider it.
I've never been on another carrier, and I love T-Mobile's pricing/support/no-contract deal. BUT, I've had big issues with coverage, especially in rural areas, and there's spots in Portland (42nd and Killingsworth, 28th and Burnside) and randomly in …
Damn, kdawg, that's a tough and shitty situation.
Thing is, will it be fancy condos or rental apartments? Density isn't a bad thing, and replacing single family homes with multiple units can potentially let more people afford a place to live. Altho…
If you're self-employed or freelance, you can write off part of your phone/plan. Doesn't matter whether you're in tech or not.
Anyway, T-Mobile's way cheaper than AT&T (I think? They used to be like half the price), so perhaps you could do thei…
YES. Remember when iTunes was just a chill lil music player? Now it's a gigantic clusterfuck.
BRING BACK AUDION

Also, Android has way more privacy/security concerns than iPhone. Apple actually gives a shit about protecting their customer's data, whereas there's a lot more data surveillance going on in Android (which makes sense, cause Google makes money from …
I've had my iPhone 5 for a while and haven't had any issues. Also the Macbook Pros are consistently good. It's the software that's gotten worse and not the hardware, at least in my experience.
Android is terrible too, unless you get the high end Nexus devices. Cheaper though.
I've tested so many sites on so many Androids and they're always way worse than iPhones.
To be accurate, these objects aren't in my desk, they are in these drawers that live under my desk (my desk has no drawers, it's the kind you can crank up and down).
