Rent my new awesome (basement) apartment!
I've already posted info in the "HELP!!!" thread, but here it is again, expanded.
I like lists, so here goes.
Pros:
1. location - on NE 12th just south of Ainsworth. I LOVE the location, but I guess it's not as sexy as something a block off Alberta or whatever. Quiet street. Three blocks from a bus that takes you to the rose quarter and downtown.
2. Great light for a basement apartment (three huge egress windows).
3. Brand spankin' new private kitchen and bathroom - all new appliances.
4. Big back yard is yours to love and use.
5. Extra storage in (new/clean) detached garage.
6. Your upstairs neighbor is pretty rad.
7. TWO bedrooms!
Cons:
1. It IS a basement apartment, so you have to be cool with living underground.
2. The floors are sealed concrete. I personally like this, but it might seem a bit sterile until you get some nice rugs.
3. The laundry room is downstairs, in addition to the rest of your space (I mean, it's its own separate room...). I will need to walk through once a week or so to do my laundry (we can arrange a schedule or system that works for you).
4. The closets in each bedroom are pretty small.
Other info: $900/mo. I'm cool with month-to-month or a longer lease, whichever you prefer. Also okay with: subletting your space to friends or very nice people when you're away for weeks/months at a time, painting walls, etc.
I pay: water/garbage/sewer stuff. We split: electric/gas/internet. $900/mo.
What else will people be curious about? Oh! Pets! The more the merrier (as long as they are not mean to my dog). What else?

So clean and cute and gets SO much good light. Awesome huge windows. Awesome huge backyard. Garage for bikes! The apartment has really classy and tasteful touches like the tile in the shower is really good looking. There is a dark quiet bedroom and then a bright, well-lit other room that could be an incredible office or sitting room. The rooms are painted different colors! It is really great, pristine, with classy-ass appliances as pictured, and a washer/dryer right the heck there where you can wash your sheets all day long! I highly highly recommend someone rent it!!!!!!!!!
Also you can walk one direction and get to the awesome Woodlawn zone with coffee and pizza and bars, and you can walk the other direction and get to:
- the Bye & Bye
- the Alberta St. Co-op
- all that other stuff around there (Barista and shit!)
- a Bikram yoga studio I have been wanting to join
Also it is just a few blocks from several parks, one of which has an off-leash area
