What's up? It's so frosty out there! I'm still in bed.

    It is really frosty! When I let the snoop out for his morning bathroom break he picked his way daintily across crunching grass, and I could see his breath. Snoopy in a white world.

    Still looks pretty frosty. I got up at like 8 after a night of troubled sleep (female troubles)

    I really hope Big Mac (or whatever his name is now) reads this thread and acknowledges that I am not the only one who stays in bed for large chunks of time during the coldest of the winter months. He's sort of my "stay out of bed" cheerleader, but it's not working very well. Esp. since I got a new electric blanket.

    our bedroom is the coldest place in our house, so it's hard to get out of the bed but then you also kind of want to, once you're awake, like you're trapped in this freezing wet cave and you know it's toasty in the living room. And once you're up you definitely don't go back into the dreaded bedroom. So yeah, we don't hang out in bed much.

    Yesterday I woke up before 8 but stayed in bed until after 10. I popped out long enough to make coffee and then snuggled back in with my New Yorker. Best morning in a long time! I love bed!

    This morning my alarm when off at 7am and I got right out of bed! I walked through the frostiness to the 27th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast (note: urho should have an annual breakfast!). Good start to the day!

    I never have coffee in bed, but it sounds so nice!
    I should do it sometime! I know two couples where every single day one of them gets up and makes coffee and brings it to the other one while they're still in bed, and then they hang out in bed and talk. So cozy!
