RSS feeds

Is there a problem with the RSS feeds? Some of the feeds I follow haven't been updated with new entries: Space Canon, Advice, and Regarding.

Other blogs like Owl are still updating.

    For years people have been telling me my RSS feed is broken. I have no idea what this means and I still don't get what an RSS feed is but I pass this on to you now

    They're still not working for me. I use Google Reader, if that helps. I've tried unsubscribing and then resubscribing, but still nothing.
