zero seconds, Mike. I take my coffee out of the microwave at a FULL BOIL and immediately begin sipping. Obviously, coffee people will cringe at that last sentence, but that's how I like it. You just have to learn how to sip equal amounts of coffee and cool air through your lips at the same time. Perfect.
You have whiskey stones, right? Use dem. They also make those large coffee-bean shape things you put in your coffee for the similar purpose as whiskey stones, but designed for coffee.
