Assuming America is still functioning with some degree of normalcy in April 2017, one of my best friends will be tying the knot in Portland that month. She has no idea where to get her hairs done for the big event. Does anyone have recommendations? Also, she doesn't want to pay hundreds of dollars. Thank you!
