For the second season in a row, the Timbers will square off against a top-level team from England when they play host to Coventry City. A host of special events will add to the excitement. The Timbers took on Sunderland AFC in 2005 in front of a near-capacity crowd, so get your tickets early for this intriguing exhibition against an international opponent.

UrbanHonking & Friends Intramural Softball Game
Bring friends! We have a bat, some gloves (bring yours + extra!) and we play with a very soft softball.
Rules:
1. No strikes. Swing until you are out or you give up.
2. Two (2) outs per inning.
3. Play a total of nine innings.
4. Teams are chosen by captains. Players who show up late are added to the losing team first.
Join us June 30th, Friday Morning at 8:00 am, at the Hott Denn in northwest Portland to watch Argentina play Germany in this exciting match.
Food and drink provided.

Welcome to the UrbanHonking Athletic Club. The UrbanHonking Athletic Club is dedicated to its mission of providing for the body, mind and spirit of its members. The Club does not include state-of-the-art athletic and spa facilities, award-winning restaurants, bars, luxury meeting, conference or hotel rooms, but we do provide an array of social, business and athletic events. The UrbanHonking Athletic Club was recently created and is one of the best private clubs in Portland.
Membership
Membership in the UrbanHonking Athletic Club is by invitation only, extended from a current member in good standing. A prospective member must be well known by the sponsoring member and must have two additional sponsors, as well. The entire membership intake process takes approximately four to six months to complete.
In addition to completing a proposal form, the prospective member must authorize a background inquiry, release of credit information, and meet with a Board and membership committee member. If an invitation is extended, an initiation fee is required and the new member will be responsible for timely payments of monthly dues and fees. The Club is currently offering a very attractive initiation fee payment plan.
Invitees for memberships may have to be placed on a wait list; however, they may join as a social member before their name is placed on this list.
