So I saw this Twittr thing a while back, and i thought it was the dumbest web thing since dancing hamsters. I couldn't fathom a single way it would improve anything, and saw lots of ways it could annoy me to death.

For most of the season, i've been sending the UrbanHonking crew in-game text updates, maintaining a distribution list directly on my phone. However, this is definitely an awkward way to maintain it, and no one gets to opt out without creating a mildly awkward social situation.

Tonight, the Timbers face down the Atlanta Silverbacks at PGE Park, 7pm. Saturday, it's an exhibition against English side Preston North End at the same time and place. See you there!
