Portland filmmakers Karl Lind and Danielle Lombardi will soon be representing the PDX film community at this year's International Film Festival Rotterdam (Jan 24-Feb 4 http://www.filmfestivalrotterdam.com/.) Join them for a celebratory send-off screening party at the Newspace Center for Photography January 19th at 8pm! (Suggested donation, $7)

The show will feature select short works by Karl Lind, including "Disconnected", which will be showing at Rotterdam, and Danielle Lombardi's "Lay Down Tracks" (co-directed by Brigid McCaffrey). The filmmakers will each have DVDs available for purchase. All proceeds from the event will go towards their travel costs to Rotterdam.

Food will be provided by local vendors Patisserie Lili's and Salvador Molly's and there will be plenty of wine and beer. Stick around for some drinking and dancing with music by DJ Fakeblood and Radio Maria.
