Global Shakedown w/DJ Ravi, SomRas & Guests.
An eclectic, funky night of the best world music Portland has to offer.
Free, 21&up, 9pm-230am

DJ Ravi has played all over the pacific northwest at several premier PDX & NW clubs & has created several original tracks that are soon becoming a part of the repertoire of every world music DJ.
DJ SomRas has collaborated with & opened for the likes of Cheb i Sabbah, Midival Punditz, DJ Harud & DJ Ravin (of Buddha Bar fame!) & spins everything from trip-hop to bhangra to world music laced electro, house & break-beat.

Best of all - you pay nothing to get in!

This edition will also serve as a benefit for the Mercy & Wisdom healing center. Pi-rem will donate a fraction of the bar proceeds to the organization. So come by, enjoy some wonderful music, drink some great beer & wine & support this noble cause.

For the past 3 years, the members of Mercy & Wisdom Healing Center has coordinated weekly low cost medical services providing an estimated 2,500 patient visits to the local community. Services have been provided by the doctors and interns from National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM), and supported by Tzu Chi volunteers. The facility was provided by the Consolidated Chinese Benevolent Association (CCBA) in China Town.
