Clampitt, Gaddis & Buck
American roots music is firmly planted and the bluegrass, she's a growin’ in Portland as tended by Clampitt, Gaddis & Buck. The trio keep the old-timey Americana flame burning with their mixture of country twang, Guthrie folk, bluegrass, and three-part, a capella, Carter Family harmonies. Playing at rock clubs throughout Portland, Clampitt, Gaddis & Buck are Erik Clampitt on guitar and harmonica, vocalist Marley Gaddis, who began working together in 2002, and Sean Burke (aka Buck Dagger) on upright bass, mandolin, banjo and who joined the group in October of 2002.
