Jaik Faulk produced one of our best shows to date with this month’s Give Me Shelter (on view at Nationale through May 1st, 2011). He will be discussing his work, past and present, on Sunday evening at 7pm. The event is free and open to the public. We hope you will be able to join us. Images of the exhibit are now ONLINE.

Jaik Faulk is a Portland painter, originally from the region of Acadiana in southern Louisiana. His work was previously shown at FalseFront, Launch Pad Gallery, Portland Art Center, Autzen Gallery, and Stumptown Downtown in Portland, OR, and at Gallery 549 in Lafayette, LA. This will be Faulk’s last exhibit in Portland for a while as he will be moving away this fall to attend graduate school for a Master of Fine Arts.
