Chefs are always looking for edgy new ingredients for food. Bizarre salts are always good. For a time, tobacco was hot. Well, consider this: You know when you brush your teeth without toothpaste, there's sort of a weird taste going on in there? Must be the taste of the plaque you're scrubbing off, right? Well, there you go. The new edgy flavor of the 21st century. Plaque.
Ooh, they made ice cream that tastes like honey! And it has honeycomb candy in it. I keep asking myself, "How do they make it taste like honey?" and obviously the answer is "They put honey in it," but still I can't believe it's that simple.
It is a "limited batch" ice cream from Ben & Jerry, which means they will DISCONTINUE IT! But we can help. We can save it. Vote yes on "Honey, I'm Home!"
B&J also came out with a pint lock. Yes, it is a combination lock for your pint. If only I had one of these in my college dorm.
First: BTA volunteer day, free coffee & scones. Then, the farmer's
market, where it was special BREAD DAY and there were mega free slices and
cheese and olive oil, et cetera. Then we headed home and at the park there
was a huge party! A huge neighborhood party and they gave us free hot
dogs! We got hot dogs and we looked all around, "Where do we pay?" You
don't, it's free! Then we went to an engagement party, with a fat spread,
and drinks, too. I think the stars were aligned for us or something.
