Sheridan Days is a great apple festival honoring Phil Sheridan. Custer, Utah, does not exist, but many of the towns in Utah are named after characters from the Book of Mormon which may or may not be better because they are ‘fictional warriors’ depending on your belief system. Great post, I love this kind of shit.
