3.) And then Ludwig died of cancer o’ the balls. All that just to be forced to die in America. And he wasn’t even that old. Sixty-two. I guess that’s not so bad. But still.
It’s probably good that Wittgenstein did not meet Schrodinger. He had a way of making everyone else around him feel unimportant. So it is said, he convinced his greatest protege to abandon philosophy and take up carpentry.
But all that stuff about the suicides and unexplained death might inform us as to why he was so intense.
