Perfect Water

Remember that Reader's Digest story a while back about the 50 cleanest cities? Yeah, the one where Portland came in first! Well, over on Slashfood.com they revisit this story to point that Portland (along with a handful of other cities) "scored a perfect 50 for the quality of their tap water".
I would assume that goes for the Benson Bubblers as well?
Heh, it better - at the price we get to pay! =P
Which reminds me... why is water cheaper in places like Phoenix and Tucson?
