is that a drawing of henk pander?
His name is Bill Innanen. He's a physicist at John Hopkins University. The wizard hat is part of his Halloween outfit (the "Staff" Wizard) 1997. I found him on one of my internet searches for costume imagery. He looks more warey of the camera here than in his photo.
I was going to use this drawing for the upcoming "Employee of the Month" art show but I spilled enough ink on it so as to only be able to save his head for this post. Fortunately I have a cartoon drawing of Andy Rooney's hand to fall back on.
