It is true, we got totally out of control with the balloons- and we have no excuse. We pride ourselves on using and re-using every little thing we put into a space. I swear some of the lumber we use in our exhibits is left over from shows we mounted in the mid-nineties. Every other scrap from this particular party was either recycled or saved for future reuse. We took down rolls of streamers to make into piñatas for our birthday party in June. We took all of the bar empties home in our own personal yellow bins to recycle and donated anything with deposit. We do the same during TBA. AL’s comment is duly noted and next time we will try not to harm the earth at the cost of a few cheap thrills.
